This is a real-time update from Mexico 🇲🇽
After a short stay in Mexico City, where we pretty much froze our butts off in our Airbnb, we’re ready for some sun and beach time. So we’re headed to the Oaxaca coast of Mexico.
A sizeable nudist festival will be held in Zipolite, Oaxaca, in a few weeks. We’ve always wanted to attend it and will have a chance soon. First, we stopped at Puerto Escondido, a small seaside city with around 30,000 people.
We’ve heard this is a popular destination for domestic vacationers (from within Mexico), and it’s not yet overrun with Americans, Canadians, and Europeans. No (or very few) international flights land in Puerto Escondido, likely keeping many away.
Join us for our trip from CDMX to Puerto Escondido via Aeromexico Airlines + a bit of a wild taxi ride.
