This is a near real-time update from Mexico.
We return to Playa 72 in Playa del Carmen for a day of surf and sun on this beautiful sargassum-free white sand beach.
We are wearing shorts because there are no nude beaches in Playa del Carmen.
I jump in the water and quickly discover my swim trunks are nearly see-through when wet. Awe geez, apparently, these are true VPL shorts!
I knew these were thin shorts without liner, and I’d worn them plenty around town and in numerous cities worldwide, and they’ve been fine. But I have never worn them in the water until today.
While I may be a nudist and really couldn’t care less who sees me naked, I never intend to shock anyone or make people uncomfortable. Shocking people is not the way to further the acceptance of naturism…
So, I was careful not to expose myself to anyone, and we continued with our beach day.
Later, we walk through the town and head to our naturist zone, our clothing-optional condo.
We end the video with a quick recap, which we shot a few days later at some friend’s house in South Carolina, USA.
